We have a very exciting opportunity as a Project Engineer for our Roxar Downhole products.As a Project Engineer you will work with multidisciplinary teams covering the full transactional cycle, including Sales, Planning, Service and Customer Care, to deliver goods and services in accordance with the agreed commercial terms on the customer Purchase order/Frame Agreement.By joining us as a Project Engineer you will be responsible for project deliveries towards a range of different clients. You will be part of a close-knit team in the Downhole department at the Roxar Head Office in Stavanger.We look forward to seeing your application! In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Undertake ownership in Downhole delivery projects from start-up to final installation;Plan the installation of the Downhole monitoring systems in close cooperation with the clients and other relevant service companies;Accountable to apply PMO Methodology to all projects;Supports and is involved in the preparation of Order Acknowledgements towards the customer by working with Customer Care;Responsible to lead or initiate internal Project Kick-off, Alignment, Risk, Pre- and Post-Job meetings when required;Participates in Customer driven Kick-off, Progress Update, Risk, Pre- and Post-Job meetings when required, ensuring relevant actions are documented and followed up;Responsible for all contractual obligations and deliverables on a Customer Purchase Order or Assets that fall under a Frame Agreement;Accountable to ensure on-time delivery of project deliverables according to project requirements and specifications and in line with the Customer Project Schedule for delivery of Goods, Project Documentation and Services;Ensure that project team members, inclusive of any third parties, are provided with necessary and relevant information to effectively deliver their allotted work;Responsible to ensure all Business Systems, tracking tools and reports are always complete and up to date for all projects managed, to be able to effectively report to internal Management or Customers.For This Role, You Will Need:Higher education (Bachelor or similar) in Engineering, Project Management or other technical area. Relevant experience can compensate for formal education;0-3 years demonstrable working experience within Drilling & Well Operations or Project Management;Demonstrable skills in interacting with people and proactively search for solutions in the best interest of the business. Ability to work and engage across multidiscipline functions to drive alignment and progress;Position requires strong communication, presentation, writing and analytical skills;Proficiency in English language;Ability to quickly understand tasks and assignments;A positive and proactive attitude;Who You Are:You anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations.
