We have a very exciting opportunity as a Project Manager for our Roxar Downhole products.As a Project Manager you will work with multidisciplinary teams covering the full transactional cycle, including Sales, Planning, Service and Customer Care, to deliver goods and services in accordance with the agreed technical and commercial terms on the customer Purchase order/Frame agreement. By joining us as a Project Manager you will be responsible for project deliveries towards a range of different clients, both domestically and abroad. You will be part of a close-knit team in the Downhole department at the Roxar Head Office in Stavanger.We look forward to seeing your application! In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Undertake ownership in Downhole delivery projects from start-up to final installation;Plan the installation of the Downhole monitoring systems in close cooperation with the clients and other relevant service companies;Accountable to apply PMO Methodology to all projects and assures contractual obligations and deliverables are met;Support in Strategic Project Pursuits that meet identified criteria when required as part of the PMO Early Engagement process, also participating in relevant reviews and clarification meetings;Responsible to lead or initiate Project Kick-off, Alignment, Pre- and Post-Job meetings and Progress Update meetings with customers & internal specialists when required;Accountable to ensure on-time delivery of project deliverables according to project requirements and specifications and in line with the Customer Project Schedule for delivery of Goods and Services;Accountable for providing Customers and when required, internal Management, with up-to-date Progress Reports and an overview of Risks or Expediting Opportunities;Responsible for appropriate priority setting and prioritizing of ongoing projects, according to the customer’s schedule and needs;Ensure that project team members, inclusive of any third parties, are provided with necessary and relevant information to effectively deliver their allotted work;Responsible to ensure all Business Systems, tracking tools and reports are always complete and up to date for all projects managed, to be able to effectively report to internal Management or Customers;For This Role, You Will Need:Higher education (Bachelor or similar) within Engineering, Project Management or other technical area. Relevant experience can compensate for formal education;Minimum of 5 years demonstrable working experience within Drilling & Well Operations or Project Management;Demonstrable skills in interacting with people and proactively search for solutions in the best interest of the business. Ability to work and engage across multidiscipline functions to drive alignment and progress;Position requires strong communication, presentation, writing and analytical skills;Proficiency in English language;Ability to quickly understand tasks and assignments;A positive and proactive attitude.Who You Are:You anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations.
