In Norway Fugro conduct hydrographic, geophysical, geotechnical, and environmental surveys of the seabed and shallow overburden. Our main market is still within oil & gas, but we have obtained strong position in offshore wind in Norway.As a Reporting Project Manager, you are responsible and accountable for client deliveries, managing the project life cycle from data acquisition until final deliveries. The prime responsibility is to ensure both an effective and efficient execution of the agreed work in such a way that technical, commercial, and contractual requirements are met. This role is ideal for someone with a geological or geophysical background who is eager to take on a more administrative job.Key tasks & responsibilities: Plan, organize, control, coordinate, lead, motivate, delegate, and communicate to achieve optimal balance between contractual requirements, cost, time, quality, benefit, and risk in client deliveries from offshore geophysical projects.Develop project documentation including input to the project execution plans.Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and performance against KPI’s.Execute project invoicing. Communicate and coordinate with clients, reporting team and regional Fugro technical groups.Support the tendering process.Support and promote a Team Fugro culture.The list of duties is not extensive and will be adjusted according to the selected candidates experience and market requirements.Position requirements:We are looking for candidates who are structured, reliable, efficient and a have strong attention to details.
