Your diverse perspective will enhance the overall effectiveness and success of the projects and initiatives you lead, making a positive impact on Baker Hughes and its stakeholders. Play a vital role for our customers As a Project Manager you will be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:Completing all activities related to the organization and execution of services projects, including scope, time, contract, cost & quality management and workshop instructions. Responsibility for project methodologies and standards including scheduling and control, to fulfil a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.Being responsible for project execution, technical and administrational involvement.Establish & monitor progress plan and critical issues, risk management.Commercial aspects, manage purchase orders, variation orders and participate in the development of proposals for projects. Develop overall work scope in cooperation with other functions within the organization.Execution of the project and participate in the issue of final documentation.Take part in improvements work including Lessons Learned process.Business Progress/Status Reporting to management including forecasting.Primary customer contact for the duration of the project. May commission, resolve specification issues, handle correspondence, provide periodic updates, ensure customer satisfaction, and negotiate / coordinate with staff as appropriate.Ensure that delivered products and services achieve highest quality and performance levels.Prepare internal technical work instructions and support shop activities during assembly/test stage.Promote and ensure compliance to company and regulatory HSE/Quality requirements & expectations at all times.Communicates across direct organization.
