Position Overview:Jefferson Wells is seeking a highly qualified Project QHSER Manager for an exciting consulting assignment based in Oslo or Halden, Norway. As a Project QHSER Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of Turnkey and Offshore Projects within the Subsea and Land Systems (SLS) business group. Your primary responsibility will be to manage Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Risk (QHSER) aspects of projects from inception through close-out. This consulting opportunity offers you the chance to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the continued success of our client's projects. The duration for this assignment is six months. Qualifications:We are looking for an experienced professional with the following qualifications:Project Management Expertise: You should possess strong project management skills and methods knowledge to oversee and manage QHSER activities effectively.QHSE and Risk Management: Adequate training and certification in QHSE and Risk Management is preferred, demonstrating your ability to handle these critical aspects of project management.Educational Background: A University degree, preferably an MSc or MBA, or a similar qualification will be highly regarded.Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in QA, HSE, and/or Risk Management in fields such as manufacturing, installation, or offshore projects.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial processes, including cable manufacturing, relevant industries, marine and land installation works, is a significant advantage.Project Understanding: You should have an understanding of project-driven organizations and their unique requirements.APQP Experience: Experience with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) is beneficial.Language Skills: Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Scandinavian languages is preferred.Core Competencies: We value candidates who demonstrate strong competencies in taking responsibility, global team collaboration, maintaining high standards of excellence, people leadership and initiative, customer and market focus, and having a global vision.Application Information:If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for ensuring Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Risk management in project execution, we encourage you to apply.
