We are looking for an Innovation Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in an organization with business units, markets and suppliers in multiple locations across borders. As a project manager in Orkla Health it is your responsibility to deliver projects within scope, on time and within budget, by planning and organizing resources and people. You will be part of the R&D and Innovation department at Orkla Health. The position is located at Oslo (Skøyen). Main tasks and responsibilities* Responsible for the planning, management, coordination and financial control of the project. Risk management, cross functional teamwork and budget control is critical to deliver in line with the project scope. * Lead, motivate and manage the project team.* Secure involvement from and report regularly to stakeholders and management* Run parallel projects in a structured and efficient manner.* Co-responsible of project management methodology in the company* Contribute to keep track of the total overview of the Innovation portfolio in close cooperation with markets and finance. Candidate profile* You have relevant experience with project management, preferably from leading FMCG players.* You hold a bachelor or master's degree in business, marketing, project management or equivalent* Strong business and commercial understanding* You are fluent in one Scandinavian language and English, both spoken and writtenPersonality* Ability to set the agenda and take lead in cross-functional teams and multiple projects* Highly structured with strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Constructive challenger and strong collaborator, with the ability to convince, inspire and motivate others* Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization * Curious and opportunity seeking, with a proactive and with a self-driven working style * Strategic business oriented and results-driven with high working capacity We offer* An opportunity to create visible results in an international company with an ambitious growth agenda* Positive and dynamic working environment* Great opportunities for personal and professional development within Orkla* Modern offices with great facilities including a gym, close to public transport at Skøyen The position requires some travelling (approx. 10 days), and reports to Head of Research & Innovation, Lene Songe-Møller.
