Working in Nordic Customer Care Center you will be a part of a team consisting of 450 people. Our success lies in the people who work for us – how we solve problems together and how our knowledge sets us apart from our competitors.About the jobThis role is a part of the General Service Management Team and have the overall responsibility to follow up performance of our outsourced customer service across the Nordic countries. One of your responsebilities will be to ensure that the contract is being followed as agreed to get the most out of our partnership.You will be part of developing our partner strategy including, building a good relationship, monitoring performance, and managing deviations. That means that you will be responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders and following up on the results for our outsourced partner.Why should we choose you? We are looking for someone with experience from management and/or contracts in customer service. Relevant education is a plus but not a requirement. In this role you need to be able to manage Microsoft office.As a person, you have good collaboration and communication skills. You are someone who love to achieve results and know that working structured and finding solutions will get you there.This role requires traveling so you can be visible and present at our locations. With this, you need excellent skills within one of the Scandinavian languages and English.
