CLOSING DATE 17 OCTOBER 2023We handle Spare Parts to external on and offshore customers worldwide, and act as a global hub for intercompany demands for offshore equipment. The sales staff consists of experienced Sales Engineers and are organized into 4 different sales teams working together. Spare Part Sales Kristiansand consists of 51 people including a separate Documentation group. The activity is high and we handle several hundred of new requests every week. Our customers demand high quality, efficiency and service from NOV, and we are their main contact with regards to Spare Parts.We are looking for a new Manager in Spare Part Sales Kristiansand. The new Manager will report to Senior Manager Spares and be a member of the management team in Spares Kristiansand.Main responsibilitiesLeadership of sales reps.Forecasting and reporting.Close cooperation with central disciplines and the NOV organization.Be involved in future development and strategic solutions for the department.Performance follow-up (proactive in action, KPI reporting and follow up).Qualifications, Experience and SkillsLeadership experience or education.Good organizational skills.Motivating abilities in a hectic environment.High knowledge and understanding of Glovia ERP system, Jira and RigOffice (not mandatory but beneficial)Experienced user of Microsoft Office tools.Excellent communication skills in English and Norwegian both verbal and in writing.Experience from Aftermarket customer relation is desirable Candidate profileStrategic and business oriented with a customer focus.Ability to influence decisions, motivate and execute.Motivated by delivering results and meeting customer expectations.Systematic and well organized, making clear priorities, plan realistically and keeps deadlines.Strong team player and solution oriented.Apply todayIf you feel qualified for this role, please apply online as soon as possible.
