Do you deliver service above all?We are looking for a new Sales/Project Coordinator to join our NOV Completion Tools team in Stavanger. In this role you will support our Key Account Manager in providing best in class service for our valued clients.About us: Completion Tools is a fast-growing division of NOV specializing in developing downhole completion products for our global customer base. RESPONSIBLITIES Support Sales team by taking ownership of internal follow-up on confirmed Sales and Rental jobs - from order confirmation through to invoicingResponsible for ensuring structured handovers and follow up with relevant departments in accordance with agreed processes. Be the in-house focal point for various sales equipment Communication with customers and 3rd parties during project execution phaseCreate and maintain quotes and sales-orders and manage invoicing process for sales projectsPerform technical support duties. i.e., prepare illustrations, schematics etc. Assist on technical proposals, procedures, tenders and bidding as requestedSupport Business Development and Sales team as required to ensure success and timely delivery of jobs.Ensure that all projects are maintained in business systems according to established process.Other duties may be added to the position QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Technical education or BSc in Engineering or an equivalent level of employment history (essential)Relevant field and workshop experience within well construction, well completion or intervention (desirable)Fluent in written and spoken English (essential)Fluent in written and spoken Norwegian (desirable)Solutions oriented with the ability to acquiring a detailed understanding of Completion Tools’ technologies and applications in our customer’s wellsGood communication skills, both verbal and writtenGood organizational and planning skillsGood social skills and support orientedSelf-motivated and high workload capacity, ability to handle multiple ongoing jobs simultaneouslyResponsible and structuredAbility to work in team environment, as well as the ability to work unsupervised and exercise initiative to resolve challenges and implement improvementsCompetency in standard IT application toolRef: (20431)
