CLOSING DATE 13 OCTOBER 2023Senior Project Hydraulic Systems engineer in a multidisciplinary and multicultural team of collaborators, doers, and problem-solvers who are committed to a culture of teamwork and safety.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for design hydraulic, pneumatic control circuits, size hydraulic/pneumatic components and calculate flow and pressure requirements. Participate in the entire project and design cycle including system architecture, requirements derivation, conceptual and detailed design, system performance modeling, analysis, manufacturing and integration support, development testing, qualification, and delivery. Able to define at component level including but not limited to pumps, actuators, mechanisms, valves, manifolds, piping, and sensors. Responsible for the design, testing and delivery of hydraulics and control systems in our equipment. Able to lead or be part of offshore and subsea commissioning and installations.Responsible for Project and tender documentation.Able to coach, mentor, and technically assist other team members.Able to perform Operations and fabrication planning and follow up.Resolving ongoing technical issues.Supporting projects during the installation of new equipment and ensuring as built documentation is released.QUALIFICATIONS:Engineering degree (preferably) EXPERIENCE:Hydraulic systems experience Preference is to have experience in subsea and offshore environmentSKILLS, TRAINING & SPECIALIST KNOWLEDGE:Proficiency in 3D CAD programs.Proficiency in analysis including hand calculations and Finite Element Analysis. (desirable) Ability to read and interpret very complex electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.Ability to create and develop complex control system diagrams.Familiar with requirements of various oil and gas equipment codes and standards such as API 17 (Subsea) etc.Understanding of mechanical/hydraulic systems and electrical systems used in Subsea SystemsGood knowledge in electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic pumps.English language requiredAbility to organize, prioritize and make decisions under time restrictions(Ref#22021).
