We are looking for a new team member to be an important part of our multi-disciplined Research and Development Team. Interwell is an international service company providing world class and proprietary technologies throughout the lifecycle of a well - from construction to production optimisation and right through to plug and abandonment. The R&D department delivers tailor-made products, concepts, and solutions based on technology and market-driven needs to our customers spread around the globe.  Main activities & responsibilities in this roleParticipate in, lead and conduct product development projects from design to deliveryPerform mechanical design, structural analysis and calculations Contribute to concept and design development in projects.Plan and participate in design validation testingPrepare technical documentation for manufacturing of parts and product supportCommunication, support and collaboration with suppliers, operations and sales departments Technical investigation of equipment and reporting The colleague we are looking forHas drive, takes initiative, and values hands-on experienceIs motivated to solve challenges and takes pride in qualityHolds BSc or MSc degree, or equivalentMin 5 years relevant experienceBy joining our team, we offer:Flexible working hours, competitive compensation and benefits package including attractive pension and private health insuranceAn inclusive culture, ambitious and friendly colleaguesWorking on a broad set of challenging tasks where you can clearly see the impact you make within the business
