Job DescriptionPackage engineer for pump packages.Mechanical equipment study work, design, selection and assessmentsCarry out work according to applicable procedures and work instructionsPrepare and issue technical requisitions and datasheetsPerform technical evaluation of supplier quotationsTechnical liaison with suppliers, customers, and other technical disciplinesPerform inspections and witness testing of equipment packagesPackage follow-up work during installation, mechanical completion, and commissioningEvaluate and respond to technical queries and non-conformance requestsIdentify and report any extra work related to changes in the scope of workReview and approval of supplier documentationProvide technical input to engineering registersEnsure compliance with relevant regulations, codes and standards for supplier’s scope of workEnsure timely delivery of equipment and final documentation Qualification RequirementsMinimum BSc in Mechanical Engineering or similarMinimum 8 years relevant working experienceExperienced with multidisciplinary engineeringFamiliar with NORSOK and Norwegian acts and regulationsDuration: 01.10.2025About MDEWhen the right people connect, we create value.MDE Group is a global recruitment company, specializing in finding and placing the greatest talents worldwide.
