CLOSING DATE 16 OCTOBER 2023NOV Process & Flow Technologies is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Service Account Manager for one of our service agreements with a major Norwegian operator. This is a key role that bridges the link between equipment delivery and the successful, continuous operation of these units. The primary goal is to ensure the successful start-up and operation of the units with remote monitoring of the systems.As a Service Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Wellstream Processing Lifecycle Services' business. You will be responsible for overseeing one of our service agreements, leading allocated Service Account team, and ensuring that all related activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, contractual agreements, health and safety requirements, quality standards, financial targets, and timely delivery.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage service agreements.Lead the delivery of services through the Service Account team.Manage and nurture relationships with customers.Optimize service scope as the project and technology develop.Drive continuous improvement initiatives.Manage service projects effectively.Collaborate closely with other NOV units.Key Duties:Act as the key focal point for Services portfolio within the assigned project.Lead the Service Account team and collaborate with cross-functional teams in project execution, supply chain, engineering, digital, and operations.Ensure the adequate resourcing of projects, site teams, engineers, and technology specialists for commissioning, start-up, and operation.Address site-related requests swiftly to the satisfaction of both the customer and NOV.Meet the agreed KPIs related to the lifecycle services offerings for all packages on this project.Engage with key suppliers for spare parts management, site service, and operator and maintenance support.Collaborate with the spare parts team to forecast and manage spare parts for optimized system performance.Develop training programs for customers' personnel on key equipment operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance.Work with NOV and customer's digital and engineering teams to set up NOV's digital offerings for remote operations.Be responsible for the overall success of operational contracts for assigned projects.Qualifications:We are looking for an individual who excels in the following areas:Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience within project execution and/or engineering.Technical background is essential Commercial or sales experience would be an advantageStrong service mindset.Exceptional organizational and structured approach.Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.Effective communication skills.Proactive "get the work done" mentality.Motivated to take ownership and responsibility.Strong commercial acumen.Analytical skills.NOV Process & Flow Technologies AS has a comprehensive portfolio of Wellstream processing technologies, systems and services in the world, delivering solutions to the green renewable energy marked and upstream oil and gas industry for separation and treatment of oil, gas, solids, seawater, and produced water.
