We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team!Norrøna was founded in 1929 and has been owned and run by the same family ever since. We know the attention to detail is crucial in our aim for the highest quality."Welcome to nature"About the positionThe HR Operations Manager will be working internationally with HR at Norrøna and be responsible for rolling out our HR strategy - we have one culture recognizable throughout the group, one policy foundation, we use the same method in all Norrøna companies for recruitments, building employee structure, leadership and culture development. A central part of the role's responsibility will be to ensure that we run data driven operations and optimize reach on recruitments to ensure we acquire the talents we need for future development of the group.The HR Operations Manager will be part of the HR team and report to the Head of HR. Leadership responsibility is planned for this role.Main responsibilities:Data Management and HR Analytics: Maintain accurate employee records, and utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and make data-driven decisions.Data driven Talent Acquisition: Digital competence to ensure we attract, select, and onboard new talent that aligns with the organization's values and requirements.Succession Planning: Analyze staffing needs, create succession plans, and develop strategies to address skill gaps and future talent requirements.HR Policies and Procedures: Roll out and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.Handling Grievance and workplace issues: Advising managers on employee issues and facilitating communication between management and employees in all companies.Training and Development: Improve and further develop our digital training programs , design development programs, and provide opportunities for skill enhancement and personal development.Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse workforce and an inclusive work environment.Legal Compliance: Stay updated with labor laws and regulations to ensure the organization's HR practices are in line with legal requirements.Qualifications:Minimum bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field.Proven track record in handling responsibilities as described, with a minimum of 5 years expirience.Able to take on a global responsibility within your field.Excellent digital competence as well as a strong interest in using AI as a tool.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Strong knowledge of HR processes, practices, and employment laws.Preferably experience with working globally with HR.Strong communications skills in Norwegian and English.Why this is a great opportunity:At Norrøna we offer you a unique opportunity to join a premium outdoor brand with the goal of being the most responsible actor in the industry.Our work environment fosters a friendly and social atmosphere, creating a family-like feeling among colleagues.
