Then read on – this is the perfect opportunity for you!The RoleThe core of your role will be to manage and develop processes related to the employment lifecycle, and to support, guide and coach your colleagues in these matters. You will take ownership of some of these HR processes from start to finish, with support from colleagues and external partners along the way. Netlight is continuously growing, which means that process development, aiming for an outstanding employee experience, will be key in this role. You will work, spar and cooperate closely with our Oslo HR Superstar Mari, as well as our global HR team. You will be able to tailor parts of the role based on your individual strengths and/or interests.This is by nature a varied role where your tasks will include:being a go-to person and managing processes relating to HR and the employee experiencesupporting, coaching and advising employees, directly or through their mentortaking ownership of HR development projects from start to finishmanaging absence processes such as parental leave, leave of absence and vacationadministrative tasks to ensure high quality employee data as well as providing input for payrollWho are you?Our dream colleague is an engaging relationship builder.
