Do you want to be a part of driving the transition?Our office in Bergen is now looking for a Project Lead.What will you be doing?Ensure that the Project is performed focused on HSSE and quality aspects and within the budgets & forecastsFocus on financial results for Client and own CompanyEnsure focus on functional design solutions with respect to overall system functionality and operability, HSSE aspects and constructability & cost reductionEnsure that milestone reviews are performed for critical milestones with focus on Execution Key Deliverables and Management Key DeliverablesImplement corrective actions as necessary / as agreedEnsure that the Project is performed in accordance with the project execution model and in accordance with scheduleWe think you should have:Bachelor or master’s degree with 5-10 years relevant experienceKnowledge of Norwegian relevant legislation and standardsGood communication skills written/spoken in both Norwegian and EnglishA commercial behaviour and the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamStrong work ethics and a proactive attitudeThe ability to see solutions together with meeting customer expectations and requirementsThe competency to be accurate, flexible, and organizedLeader skills and experienceCustomer mindset and broad experience with project leadershipMore reasons to work with us:Our culture is characterized by a positive, productive, and supportive work environment that promotes career development and professional growth for our employees.
