The segment is responsible for large EPCI projects, both within oil and gas and renewables, including business development and project execution, typically large topsides including fixed or floating substructures, onshore facilities, FPSOs offshore wind HVDC topside and jackets, offshore aquaculture floaters and decommissioning and recycling.Aker Solutions is now looking for a Field Engineer – Piping with experience from onshore or offshore projects. The project is lead from Stord.Position Responsibilities:Assist production with solving of the technical problems which could occur during the execution of the fabrication and installation work at construction site.Assist production with interpretation of drawings and job basis.Quality and punctuality of own deliveries based on procedures/routines established in the project.Close communication with work leader (FIL), method, fabrication engineering, PRE, and others.Contribute with Continual improvements work.Skills and Levels Description:Bachelor or technical college degree.
