Our commitment to innovation, technology, and sustainability drives us to seek a highly skilled and motivated Process Engineer in our Technical Team. Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Process Engineer to join our Technical team in Ålesund, Oslo or Copenhagen. As a Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects and the technical integrity of our equipment and systems. The role requires a strong background in process engineering and preferably experience and understanding of hydrogen production and associated processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage life cycle information for our projects and operations, from order placement to production, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), installation, commissioning and operation for the process discipline. Contribute to the development and optimization of our maintenance systems to enhance the reliability and longevity of our hydrogen production facilities. Monitor and follow up on maintenance and inspection activities in accordance with the supplier's maintenance and inspection program. Assume responsibility for the technical integrity of equipment and systems throughout their lifecycle as the technical authority for the process discipline. Oversee and approve modification work for process discipline on existing systems, ensuring safety and efficiency. Provide technical support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle, including participation in Hazard Identification (HAZID), Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP), and Risk Assessment (RA) processes. Contribute to the development, maintenance and optimization of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Qualifications: Bachelor's or master’s degree in Process Engineering or a related field. Experience in hydrogen production processes and associated technologies preferred. Proven track record of successfully managing technical discipline and projects. Strong knowledge of documentation management and quality assurance. Familiarity with maintenance systems and change management principles. Experience with process engineering and computer-aided design (CAD) software. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication abilities. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards. Fluency in English is required, and an additional Scandinavian language is preferred.
