We are looking for Subsea Process & Improvement engineerPnr 16685Job Description:Drive development, improvement, and governance for processes on behalf of OPS SubseaDrive development and implementation of new ways of working for OPS SubseaDrive defining and executing a future ready improvement agenda (covering processes, data, digitalisation)Support in defining digital twin requirements for OPS Subsea and support with development and  implementation of the digital twinMaintain and improve the OPS Subsea process landscape enabling optimization and transformationFacilitate modifications to existing processes for Subsea Operations and its interfaces (Subsea Projects/Execution)Facilitate process improvements and implementations, including appropriate stakeholder involvement and communicationEnsure digital tools within OPS Subsea are supporting development and maintenance of relevant OPS Subsea governing processes in the BMSFacilitate improvements across the OPS SubseaFacilitate development and implementation of new technology / tools that support the OPS Subsea and our goals/strategy (including analytics)Facilitate continuous improvement, using Lean methodology, to ensure best in class for OPS Subsea thereby maximising value creation in companyFacilitate standardisation of methods, tools, processes, and requirements, ensuring that all are fit for purpose to deliver maximum value to companyQualifications:Experience with minimum two of the following:Experience with training, testing and implementation of digital applicationsExperience with defining and improving work and business management processesExperience from an engineering discipline in the Oil & Gas businessExperience with agile working methodsExperience with leading and implementing change in organisationLanguage:English In Head Energy you get:Permanent- or project employment with the best conditions.Access to the industry´s most exciting job opportunitiesPersonal follow-up, mentoring and career guidanceA large variety of project opportunitiesGood pension- and insurance schemes A pleasant and positive work environmentAccess to both specific and general courses.Video: Our storyJob alert subscription – Register to receive e-mails regarding job opportunities.Head Energy’s application process is simple and straight forward.
