This work will initially be manually high-precision work requiring a strong focus to details over time but will develop into a role where you operate highly automated assembly machinery. The job requires you to be open and flexible.Duties and responsibilitiesWithin your role you will be expected to:Prepare components and equipment for assembly.Assemble PEM electrolyser stacks.Log and monitor all defined process and quality parameters.Follow and improve documentation for assembly and quality control.Follow and improve Health, Safety and Environmental standards.Basic maintenance and cleaning tasks.Qualifications and requirementsGood practical technical knowledgeExperience with lean manufacturing principlesTechnical background and understandingFlexible to work in a 3-shift scheduleSystematic, detail oriented and focus on delivering high-quality productsBoth senior and junior candidates will be considered for the position.
