We are now looking to hire a Head of People to join our expanding organization, which currently composes of more than 75 employees globally and will continue to significantly grow in 2024!We offerAn opportunity to take a leading role in developing and implementing the people strategy of a fast-growing renewable company.An international and dynamic work environment in an ambitious "start-up" setting with the necessary support and financial back-up to succeed.Opportunity to shape the role and grow your career through professional and personal development.Be a part of a business for the future and join us on an exciting journey!Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include to:Own, implement and develop the Hydro Rein people strategy, including strategies for attracting, onboarding, developing and retaining talent and for the well-functioning and well-being of the Hydro Rein team.Drive employee engagement and maintain and develop our culture of inclusion and equality.Proactively support and provide guidance to our managers and employees on people and HR related matters, in collaboration with the supporting HR teams in Hydro.Drive organizational development and change management .The People function in Hydro Rein is also responsible for facility and administrative management of our Oslo office, and support to other offices. We currently have one employee fulfilling this task and supporting the people agenda, who will be reporting to the Head of People role.Who are you? We believe you are at your best when you work with people in a collaborative setting, which is very much the case in Hydro Rein.You are triggered by delivering results and meeting customer expectations, setting high standards while achieving set goals.As we are a growing company in a developing industry, we also think that you adapt and respond well to change, being open to new ideas and showing sensitivity to different cultures.QualificationsUniversity degree in Human Resources Management or a business-related subject.Minimum 5 years' experience in an HR role combining strategic and operational deliveries. Global HR experience and/or experience from a start-up is an advantage.Proven leadership experience in managing a department or a team.Experience from leading change management processes.Knowledge of key HR areas, including talent management, compensation and benefits, training and development, payroll, and employee relations.Fluent level of both spoken and written English.Additional information The Head of People will report to the Chief Legal & People Officer in Hydro Rein. The role will be based in Oslo, Norway.Do you not meet every single requirement?
