We are now looking to hire two analytical and engaged finance professionals to apply their business acumen, initiative, and skillset to renewable energy projects in our growing, international portfolio.We offerAn opportunity to contribute to shaping, improving and executing on Rein's processes, tools, and digital solutions for business controlling and performance tracking.An international and dynamic work environment in an ambitious "start-up" setting, with the necessary support and financial back-up to succeed.Opportunity to shape the role and grow your career through professional and personal development.Be part of a business for the future and an exciting growth journey!Responsibilities Each of you will be supporting one of our two main business segments:Energy Solutions (EnSol), offering tailored on- and near-site energy solutions, technologies, and a digital platform for optimizing customers' energy mix.Renewable Energy: large-scale wind and solar projects, globally.Main tasks will comprise of:Financial performance analysis, reporting and follow-up on development projects, construction projects and operational assets in the business segment; Support project managers in developing and maintaining project budgets, liquidity forecasts, variance analysis and other relevant analysis.For EnSol: support management in preparing relevant decision material, overall segment budget, KPIs and portfolio analysis.For Renewable Energy: support asset owners in the overall reporting and forecasting of operational assets within the international renewable energy market.For Renewable Energy: conduct performance analysis throughout the project life cycle to identify gaps, advise and communicate potential improvement measures.Perform and support on corporate analysis, market research, and benchmarking.Contribute to developing and maintaining processes and systems (business intelligence solutions) to cater for efficient follow-up and analysis of financial performance information.Who are you? We believe you are at your best when you work with people in a collaborative setting, which is very much the case in Hydro Rein.You have strong analytical skills and are triggered by delivering results and meeting customer expectations, setting high standards while achieving set goals.As we are a growing company in a developing industry, we also think that you adapt and respond well to change, being open to new ideas and showing sensitivity to different cultures.QualificationsThree+ years of experience with financial analysis, controlling and/or financial reporting.University education, preferably a degree in business administration, finance, or another relevant field.Experience from a project organization / WBS structure set-up /SAP is an advantage.Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Strong communicator, both written and verbal English, who can convey complex messages in a clear and understandable manner.Additional information You will be part of the Finance team in Hydro Rein and report to Head of Financial Performance and Analysis.
