Do you like working with people, systems and processes? Are you flexible, self-driven and motivated by learning and development? Then you might be the P&O Coordinator we are looking for.The role will provide support on initiatives and programs to support organizational effectiveness as well as deliver the activities of the department, aiming at the satisfaction of onshore and offshore employees.
Some of the things you will be doing
Solve ongoing personnel issues in a flexible wayAdminster offshore crew manning plans and travel logisticsSupport and participate in recruitment processesCoordinate the onboarding and offboarding processPrepare relevant reports and statisticsKeep the HR system updated with relevant information regarding personnelContribute to development of the HR system according to needsFollow up Manning AgentsAssist P&O Advisors and deptartment managers as required
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or other relevant educationAdvanced English languageAbility to build strong interpersonal relations, manage ambiguity and create effective and practical solutions for the business Committed to highest level of business ethics and integrityHigh degree of efficiency and flexibilityAble to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely mannerStrong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)Strong communication skills
