Do you have experience within purchasing and contracting? Are you eager to drive process improvements and have a commercial mindset? Then you may be the Junior Supply Chain Specialist we are looking for.

Some of the things you will be doing Support our offices, offshore operations, and projects in contracting, purchasing and logistics activitiesDevelop and drive sourcing and contract strategies, including: - facilitate definition of scope of work - spend analysis - develop tender packages - lead tender processes - facilitate and perform commercial evaluation of bids and negotiations with suppliers - manage approval processes Perform hand-over of signed contracts and follow-up to ensure implementation of contracts for assigned categories Handle Purchase Orders and related invoices Provide support in use of procurement systems and supply chain processes

What we are looking for A bachelor’s degree or higher within Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or similar Relevant experience working within purchasing and supplier contracts, preferably within Oil & Gas Commercial and working experience within contract law Strong negotiation-, contracting and people skills coupled with mature communication abilities Knowledge within Excel and Power Point Strong written and verbal language skills in both Norwegian and English A working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an advantage, but not essential Flexibility towards both tasks and working location; some domestic and international travel will be required
