You will work closely with the business stakeholders to ensure critical mass user adoption of digital tools supporting the asset lifecycle and drive process improvements and innovation using digital capabilities.  BA International:BA I is responsible for development, operation and ownership of hydro, wind and solar assets in countries outside Europe. Today we are present in Brazil, Chile, Peru, Türkiye, India and Nepal.Working in Digitalisation and Continuous Improvement:Statkraft is in a growth phase and as a result processes must be more standardized and digital tools must be used more and efficient. This means we need also to limit the numbers of tools in use and be better user of toolsJob DescriptionDevelop and implement a program for digitalisation to coordinate all rollouts of new IT-tools and upgrades of existing tools. The program will also include initiatives coming from the BA-I countries.Plan, facilitate and follow up training with super-users and end-users. Ensure efficient digital onboarding of new employees to the defined digital toolboxes. Participate in projects. Collect end-user feedback and understand business requirements. Translate business requirements/technical requirements to IT and work in close collaboration with system owners and system managers for relevant applications to continuously develop these, to ensure that the end-user requirements are met. Support in continuously strengthening our way of working and optimising our processes. The position is located at Statkraft’s corporate headquarter in Oslo and will be working closely with the business across the organization. Travelling must be expected. The position reports to VP Change Management, also located in Oslo. QualificationsWe are looking for candidates who are high performing individuals with drive and a clear “can do” attitude. The right candidate has a deep interest, motivation and experience in leading business critical IT and digitalisation activities. You acknowledge the importance of change management and are motivated by collaborating with skilled colleagues to reach ambitious goals. Higher university education in Science, Technology, Engineering, Business or similar. Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience. Work experience from consulting companies or similar roles in global industrial or energy companies is highly relevant,Strong communication skills and talent for building network and trusted relationships is a necessity. Ability to connect the dots between business needs and IT solutions and communicate with both end users on the business side and technology specialists in IT.Continuous improvement mindset and experience from improving and optimizing deliveries related to a product.
