Job DescriptionThe IT Infrastructure department (ITI) is responsible for global infrastructure deliveries and operations in Statkraft. Within the department there is now a newly established position available as Manager Process, reporting to Head of Strategic Governance and Support (ITIS). As a member of the ITIS management team, you will contribute to the overall management, development, and follow-up of our core ITIL processes, contributing to continuous improvement of operational quality for Statkraft’s IT services.We are seeking a skilled, structured, and experienced person with a proven track record in IT service management and ITIL process work. The process team is responsible for performing the day-to-day overall management of the agreed operational ITIL processes and the manager of the process team will be responsible for the overall performance and development of the team and processes.
