Are you?The positionBy joining our team in Marketing, Midstream & Processing you will have the opportunity to:Function as an industrial IT engineer with the responsibility for the overall maintenance of equipment and systems connected to the technical network. This will be through a variety of exciting and important tasks such as:Ensuring the integrity of the technical network.Maintaining IT security for the facility.Managing backups facility's controllers and control systems, including the server infrastructure.Managing critical system updates for security.Taking responsibility for all equipment included in third-party deliveries, such as "facility PCs" for the operation and maintenance of control systems and other web-based equipment with software.Setting the premise for IT infrastructure that is designed for deliveries from parties other than the company.You will be part of a department that is responsible for follow-up of the integrity of technical barriers covering HMI (Human Machine Interface) and alarm management, as well as Safety and Automation System Security.Overall, the department holds the necessary expertise in relation to being able to fulfil technical responsibility.This includes process control systems, electro control systems, ESD (emergency shut down) control systems, Industrial IT and technical grid, and other third party control systems.YouSome qualities are essential for Equinor. For this position, we are also looking for:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields (cyber security, information technology, networks, data science, etc.).Experience from industrial networks. Good system understanding and the ability to see technical relationships that can simplify processes. A person who takes responsibility for solving tasks according to current work processes and complying with governing documentation. Your drive to look beyond specific tasks and create good synergies between the different interfaces that the department has. Advanced English language written and spoken is essential, however you must be willing to learn Norwegian.Don't meet every single requirement?
