It’s one of the defining challenges of our time and attracting and developing the brightest minds will be critical to our success.The programme lasts for 2-years and includes rotations of 3-12 months across functions, business areas or locations.The positionThe position as an electrical graduate will give you the opportunity to develop yourself within a wide range of activities related to Electrical Power Engineering in one or several of our business areas. By joining Equinor as a Graduate within this discipline you will have the opportunity to: Take part in Equinor’s transition to a broad energy company by designing electrical power systems and perform system analysis for projects within oil & gas, renewable energy, carbon capture and storage as well as hydrogen production projects.Follow up and guide contractors and suppliers during feasibility studies, engineering, fabrication, testing, construction and start-up.Provide technical support for operation, maintenance and modifications of our offshore and onshore plants in Norway and abroad. Participate in technology development and research programs. Contribute to digitalisation of our electrical power systems. YouSome qualities are essential for Equinor. For this position, we are also looking for:Master’s degree or PhD with strong academic record within Electrical Power Engineering.Completed degree by the year of starting (2024).No more than two years of relevant fulltime work experience.Fluent in English and preferably a second working language.Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work is an advantage.Your personal qualities: Ability to live by our safety and security expectations.
