Are you?The positionBy joining our team in Technology, Digital & Innovation you will have the opportunity to:Be part of our team in Enterprise Solutions and have a responsibility to both deliver and operate the existing services whilst helping to shape and form the new. Our ability to drive the right changes, hand in hand with our colleagues from corporate functions and business, will be crucial to the transformation of Equinor.Build, operate, and maintain secure and scalable enterprise solutions across corporate functions, connecting processes and products in cross-value, value chain activities.Lead or be part of the delivery team in the follow up and administration of services in FUS within these areas: Communication, Service Management and Legal.Collaborate with other delivery teams within own, and other solution areas. Liaise and collaborate with external vendors.Maintain secure, compliant and stable operation of our portfolio and the required business outcome.Ensure deliveries are according to agreed scope and service levels.Risk management and continuous improvements.YouSome qualities are essential for Equinor. You make safety your priority and contribute to our zero-harm culture. For this position, we are also looking for:Bachelors degree in IT or equivalent. Relevant experience could compensate for a lack of formal education. 2-5 years’ relevant experience within IT support.Experience with work methods such as Lean, Scrum, Agile and ITIL.External vendor management experience would be an advantage. Administrative skills, systematic and with ability to follow through.A curious and passionate individual with an agile mind-set, focused on driving improvements and necessary change.Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.General informationPlease attach copies of your CV, diplomas, certificates and grades in English or a Scandinavian language.Applications submitted without necessary attachments will unfortunately not be evaluated.If you are in the process of completing a degree, please upload an official temporary transcript or other document describing subjects and grades completed to this point.Candidates are expected to openly offer all relevant information about themselves during the recruitment process.
