The IT Security Management unit is one of two security units within the GSS IT organization. Both units provide security services internally to DNV, and the main responsibilities of the IT Security Management unit lie within Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). The services consist of information security risk management, vendor security assessments, application security assessments, security architecture, and security advisory. The unit closely collaborates with DNV Business Areas and DNV Group functions.DNV systems portfolio is extensive and diverse to support multiple Business Areas with both internal and customer-facing interfaces as well as APIs. As systems and threats evolve, vulnerabilities need to be addressed with a proactive and organized method. As the Head of the Section, you will have line responsibility for the employees in the IT Security Management unit and service responsibility for the service provided by the unit. Your key tasks and deliveries will include, but not be limited to:Manage a team of resources and a set of security services, and deliver accordingly to the DNV Group:Ownership of the IT Security Baseline and facilitation of the annual upgrade process.Ownership of the Digital Trust Center, including driving continuous improvement of the service and effective management of the service.Ownership of the Security Scan service, including driving continuous improvement of the service in close collaboration with the Security Scan Service Manager (a member of this unit).Facilitation of the update of the Business Impact Analysis (BIA).Facilitate the GSS IT information security risk management process as the GSS IT Risk Coordinator. Participate in the Information Security Risk Forum (ISRF).Drive information security awareness in GSS IT, and contribute to the Cyber and Data Program.Develop and advise on security architecture in relevant projectsContribute to M&A projects.Collaborate closely with the GSS IT Security Operations team.Collaborate closely with Group IT & Digital.Collaborate with Business Units in DNV on information security, including involvement in relevant projects.Position Qualifications:Experience in the implementation of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and ISO 27001 certification processesPreferably previous Line manager experiencePreferably formal education (BSc, MSc) within technological sciencesExperience in IT security processes and planningGood knowledge about Microsoft’s product portfolioProficiency in English – written and oral; working language is EnglishExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsOpen to change, proactive, and with a service-minded attitudeExcellent analytical, and problem-solving skillsComfortable with new challenges and a personal drive to achieve goalsAbility to build teams in a global collaborative environment and to pursue a management career path by building a strong team Reasons to join us:Attractive rewards.
