We are searching for a Salesforce Manager for Digital Solutions where you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Salesforce implementation and use.Digital Solutions is a business area in DNV and have used Salesforce for more than 20 years. As part of a global implementation, several business areas in DNV now use Salesforce.Salesforce plays a central role in Digital Solutions’ commercial set-up, including online and traditional sales, subscription management, customer support, back-office processes, etc.You will work on strategic, tactical, and operational levels, and will be the key touch point for all internal stakeholders using Salesforce. As the Salesforce Manager, you will deeply understand how Salesforce is implemented and why, both from a technical and business perspective, specifically for Digital Solutions, but also across DNV’s business areas. You will do hands-on activity on the Salesforce set-up for Digital Solutions.The role is part of the Global Market unit in Digital Solutions located at Høvik, and you will report to the Global Market Director. Key areas of responsibilitySetting strategy and directions for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring that the platform is being used as effectively as possible, and optimising our business for the future.Enabling effective use of Salesforce, developing and supporting the implementation of the Salesforce roadmap for Digital Solutions.Working closely with colleagues from other business areas and with the Salesforce Product Owner in the Group to align on common processes and development priorities.Driving initiatives to raise awareness and cultural enthusiasm around Salesforce in Digital Solutions and secure a well-functioning team of process owners and superusers.Leading the implementation and operation of Salesforce in Digital Solutions, including establishing processes that are supported by Salesforce.Participating in Salesforce strategic and operational forums to optimize the Salesforce Customer 360 platform and the integrated ecosystem in close cooperation with DNV’s global IT organization and other business areasDefining and aligning change requests internally in Digital Solutions as well as across business areas.Having an in-depth understanding of the data model and how this can support us in business intelligence and reporting.Ensuring relevant reports and dashboards are available in Salesforce.Ensuring relevant and updated training material related to Salesforce is available in Trailhead.Following up with DNV’s global IT organization to ensure the completion of support and development priorities for Digital Solutions.Being the key contact for Digital Solutions Salesforce administrators regarding training, support, and troubleshooting.Position qualification: Minimum three years of experience with Salesforce with respect to business development, operations, and project participation preferably from global organizations.Experience in Salesforce road-map development and management.Experience in sales enablement and development of commercial processes.Experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ and more) on both back- and front-end levels.Broad and in-depth knowledge of digital commercial tools, platforms and programs, and can develop a strategy, a tactical and an operational plan based on your systematic findings.Understanding of complex customer journeys, from first touchpoint via lead handling, through purchase, licensing, and contracting to after-sales support and operations.A broad range of Salesforce certifications and/or a high Trailhead ranking is considered an advantage.Reasons to join us:Attractive rewards.
