Danfoss is looking for a Customer Service Representative with a positive and enthusiastic mindset to join our Customer Service team at our office in Skui. During February 2024 we will move to our new location in central Sandvika (close to Sandvika train and bus station). Here you will be a part of the Northern Europe Customer Service team.This is an exciting job where you will have the possibility to influence our customer satisfaction and cooperate with Danfoss colleagues all over the world. Travelling is not required in this position.Job ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for the whole end-to-end customer experienceKeep a close dialogue with customers over phone or email to understand their needs and expectationsProcess orders through SAP system and ensure delivery to agreed datesIdentify, investigate, and resolve logistic issues and complaintsEnsure timely response and quality resolution of inquiriesBe proactive and ensure we are staying ahead of our customers’ expectationsBackground & SkillsTo succeed in this position, you have an excellent customer service mindset combined with technical and commercial understanding. Further more we believe the ideal candidate possess the following skills:Usage of different IT tools and systems.You are an excellent team player willing to contribute to achieve team targets and you believe that pulling in the same direction is of benefit for the entire organization.You can work well under pressure and with deadlines. You seek opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste in our processes. You have a sense of urgency, while you understand the value of deliver excellence in the details.Previous experience of working in Customer Service environment or with similar tasks in sales and distribution or logistic context will help you get started, but it’s not mandatory. It’s beneficial if you have SAP and/or SalesForce experience.On a more personal note, you have a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. You genuinely appreciate the interaction with other people. You are open for development and improvements to ensure best in class performance.Write and speak Norwegian and English fluently.
