About the jobDo you want to join an international environment and gain the unique opportunity to further develop the Finance function at Db following the global company growth?The Finance team is currently a small team of two, the CFO and the Finance Controller, strongly supported by an external partner for Accounting and Payroll. The Company is accelerating its growth and is still in need of a strong external partner, but the workload on accounting and cash flow management is increasing. Global complexity and a need to further develop processes and routines for consolidation, ESG, reporting, and internal control are on the agenda too.What we would like you to do:Lead our external accounting partners in different regionsLead the monthly closing and consolidationSupervise reporting of tax and VAT across our international geographySupervise financial reporting and cash flow managementSupport in developing processes for internal control and continuously improve systems and routines for Accounting and Payroll globallyConducting analysis and providing financial statements and notes disclosures to financial reportsAssist business units in resolving any juridical and accounting issues on an ad hoc requestPrepare the Annual ReportSupervise and prepare Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting.Support in Forecast and Budget updates with reliable data inputWho are we looking for:A candidate who holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing or similar3-5 years of experience working with accounting in a global environment, preferably with project managementKnowledge and experience with accounting and consolidation (IFRS is a plus)Strong English skills verbal and writtenStrong digital skills, including proficiency in monthly closing and consolidationIndependent, structured, and systematicExperience with analytical data tools such as Power BI and Google Data StudioFocus on quality in everything excellent time managementStrong communication skills in writing and verbal English & NorwegianA commercial mindset and enjoying a hectic business environmentPreferably a passionate urban outdoor and travelerInterviews will be held while we receive applicants, so do not hesitate to apply.
