To continue this journey, we are looking for a Customer Relation Specialist for the European retail market.The company is still in a Scale-Up phase, but we are a competent and well-organized team. You will have great opportunities to help shape the company on its journey forward as we build a strong, lean, and commercial-minded sales and customer support team. This is a position that acknowledges the right personal skills and attitudes more than an impressive academic track record. You will work closely with the Wholesale team and benefit from an experienced and team-oriented group of customer champions.As our Customer Relations Specialist, you are the first point of contact in Db Equipment AS towards our business partners in sales (B2B). This requires fluent language skills in English and Norwegian.Our customer support strives to engage our business partners and improve our commercial relationships for sell-through and world-class end-customer experiences. Being positive and delivering hands-on support is key.If you enjoy contributing your ideas, thrive in a fast-paced work environment, and want to join an unbeatable team, then Db Equipment AS would like to hear from you!What you will be responsible for:Provide daily support to current and potential Db Equipment AS B2B customers through our CRM system to support inbound omni channels that include; social media, email, phone, web-based, and phone contacts.Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through all inbound channels (including both phone and email).Be a contributing member of Db Equipment AS Consumer Relations. Including; best practice processes for responding quickly to further strengthen and develop our B2B partnerships.Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.Examples of tasks:Receive and sort all B2B service requests for further distribution within the teamHandle customer claims in HubspotSolve day-to-day sales support needs when feasible in cooperation with sales coordinatorsAssist in solving Invoicing, crediting, and follow-ups to thisSupport other ad hoc customer service and sales support requests by needAbout youYour professional skills:Multilingual in the following languages: English along Norwegian is required.Experience in customer service is an advantageStrong computer skills and comfortable with exploring new software, CRM experience a plus but not a mustA positive outlook with an energetic personalitySolution orientation and strong follow-through skillsStrong dedication to delivering excellence in customer satisfactionDesire and strong ability to work independently and in a team environmentWho you are:Beyond expectation attitude: Outgoing and positive with the ability to get the job done and follow up to ensure expectations are metTarget-oriented: Understand your key role in the teams and proactively map relevant information, identify key issues, and address them quickly in order to arrive at appropriate solutions.Team player: Facilitates Collaboration, actively engaging and making joint decisions and sharing best practices.Displays Global Perspective: Conveys an understanding of the organization's global market position and competitive threats and takes cultural issues and geographic differences into account when making plans and decisions.Environmental and social responsibility: Sharing the outdoor activity passions with our product developers and a consciousness of the environmental challenges will help you fit in with the DNA of our cultureStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to effectively identify cases that require escalationExperience in basic accounting is a plus
