As the Senior Manager CRM maternity cover, you will be responsible for continuing the growth our 1st party customer database (acquisition) and increasing purchase frequency and Lifetime Value of our consumers (retention). This includes driving strategic marketing plans to grow omnichannel sales and to improve the customer experience within our communications. The Senior Manager CRM will manage the email marketing manager, EU, whose role is to manage email and SMS from beginning to end. This role will work closely alongside the NA CRM team, to ensure consistency and sharing learnings across the channel. This person will also drive the strategy and success of the marketing automation flows, addressing different stages in the consumer lifecycle.The role will be responsible for gaining and sharing insights across the broader business regarding what performs well, what consumers engage with and what does not perform according to expectations so that Helly Hansen can continuously improve the customer experience.Role accountabilitiesDrive commercial success through impactful BAU and automation campaigns. Ensuring alignment with brand standards and optimized performance, alongside agencies and digital/ ecommerce teams.Ensure CRM strategies are aligned with business goals.Understand Helly Hansen customer behavior, developing data insights to enhance customer engagement and conversion.Champion continuous advancement of our CRM features and capabilities, collaborating across teams to align CRM strategies seamlessly.Monitor and improve customer lifetime value strategies, ensuring maximum profitability.Oversee the health of email and SMS database, putting programs in place for continual monitoring of hygiene and reengagement.Management of the CRM Manager, EU role.Oversee relationship of 3rd party agencies for project and consultation work.Management of the CRM budget and its allocation across projects.Monitor results to ensure they are tracking against business goals, raising the flag to the consumer business director as needed.Strive for continuous improvement, research & identify key trends within the industry and email marketing.Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations across all customer touch points.Knowledge, skills and experienceYou have 5+ of experience within CRM & Email Marketing.Proven track record in enhancing customer engagement, acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.Extensive expertise in CRM platforms, marketing automation, and data analytics tools. Knowledge of Salesforce and Emarsys is a plus.You have strong leadership skills and regularly work with cross functional teams from other areas of the business.You have excellent copywriting and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.You are results orientated and customer focused.Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
