Mowi RMT has a strong focus on Sale and Supply Chain digitalization, innovation and development. We are expanding our competence within ERP, WMS, TMS and other supply chain tools that RMT use to standardize our operations globally. As a Senior ERP and Application Consultant you will a part one of RMT’s main focus areas and contribute to build the Supply Chain and Sales operations for the future.   Key Responsibilities:Provide a leadership role in the successful implementation of M3 Supply Chain solutions in all Mowi entities in North and South America.Lead and facilitate design process discussions with business process leaders to determine and validate detailed business requirements.Ensure that M3 is configured according to the Mowi template and local requirements to deliver efficient processes in business entities.Deliver M3 training in the Supply Chain Management area (including sales and logistics, purchase and manufacturing, inventory management, demand planning, etc.) to super users in the business.Support users with system testing.Solve issues in cooperation with the global team, external consultants and resources from Infor.Develop and maintain functional documentation and consolidate any global documentation on integration process and data flows, system and data interfaces, etc. for the M3 Supply Chain area.Support the Master Data Governance process and help ensure that master data creation/maintenance processes are followed. Work with business users in tuning business process and aligning it to ERP flow or where required, review ERP workflow to better fit into ERP process. Where necessary, communicate with Global team if ERP workflow is unable to accommodate local needs.Work with Local Process Owners to drive business improvements through the use of the ERP platform.Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Experience:Strong knowledge of supply chain management.Training in Infor M3 modules.Minimum 5 years of implementation experience with M3 ERP projects as a consultant or Business Analyst or Key Users roles, preferably in a multinational company with global/local ERP deployment experience.Strong knowledge of supply chain management in M3, knowing best practice process design and business requirement in the industry, preferably in the foods manufacturing.Highly motivated and able to prioritize and execute tasks effectively within aggressive timeframes.Ability to relate to business users and use simple language in translating IT / applications technical terms.Demonstrate strong accountability to drive and complete the project deliverables on time.Excellent change management and training skills to let stakeholders adapt and accept the mindset and process changes needed for the ERP implementation.Highly organized and efficient.  Strong people skills with focus on the business needs.Strong verbal and written communication skills, active listener and able to articulate business issues and technical specifications.Determined and ability to motivate self and others. Language Capabilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. For more information please contact:Morten Hauge,  Sales Director Product & Development.mail: Morten.Hauge at mowi.com phone: +4799491199Pleas apply by: 18.10.2023(Candidates will be evaluated on an ongoing basis)
