The eCommerce Merchandising Manager is playing a central role in the European eCommerce team and will be responsible for the maintenance, planning and execution of content, campaigns and promotions for the HellyHansen.com eCommerce channel. This includes analyzing site inventory, product and asset selection, together with driving a high performing team. As eCommerce Merchandising Manager you are driver of the on-site experience related to products, landing pages, homepage, content localization, campaign management and commercial collaborations.Your role is to increase regional and personal relevance through daily analysis of core KPIs and other customer centric data. You will be responsible for organize and executing commercial actions via our front side merchandising, product landing pages and campaign management tools. The eCommerce Merchandising Manager is responsible for season launch and campaign deadlines. You will together with the team be supporting on our commercial buy and all related planning before under and after every season. As Merchandising manager, you are responsible for optimizing internal search, sorting and filtering strategies for our eCommerce channel. Working closely with external developers and partners will be a main part of the position, together with a close internal collaboration with the wider digital team.Daily work consists of: Reporting and analysis of campaigns and business results, promotional activity, monitor inventory, and execution on optimization strategies for internal search and sorting rule optimization, product and category hierarchy, and other various business driving functions. Merchandising of product landing pages with a focus on product recommendations, coupon code creation/administration, and seasonal collection updates to drive core KPI’s for the business.Key responsibilitiesMaximize revenue through Helly Hansen’s online channel through daily analysis of core KPI’s.Onsite personalization and localization to optimize seasonal merchandising, regional search, sorting and filters.Collaborate with digital marketing teams on content and promotions.Close partnership with our Performance Marketing, CRM and Site Experience teams.Collaborate with external developers and other stakeholders within and outside of the organization.Monitor and report the impact of any changes or issues on Hellyhansen.com, new features launching and opportunities.Ownership of eCommerce merchandising including internal search, sorting and product recommendations.Build and refine product hierarchy and manage site navigation structure.Use web analytics tools to understand customer behavior on the website, and adjust strategies accordingly.What we are looking forPassion for the outdoors, skiing and/or sailingMinimum 3 years of eCommerce experienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail or related fieldFluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
