Job DescriptionAre you up for a new challenge? Do you want to be part of an agile team that use digitalization to offer new products and services within energy markets?The Operations, Finance & Risk Digitalization Partner team in IT is responsible for supporting our risk, financial and regulatory operations in middle- and back office within the Markets business area. From project start-up, planning and execution into operational product setup, we ensure delivery of IT solutions and products that meet business needs as well as internal guidelines. In addition to represent Operations, Finance and Risk, the role will also include high contribution across several Business Areas.Representing Statkraft IT, in collaboration with Digitalization Office in Markets, you will take the Digitalization Partner role (Business IT Developer) responsible to further develop and operationalize the delivery model for execution of strategic initiatives within Nordic Physical Trading. You will also have responsibility for Statkraft largest settlement system.As a Business IT Developer for Nordic Physical Trading, your responsibilities will include:Take a leading IT role in establishing (and further develop) and operationalize delivery model for execution of strategic initiatives within Nordic Physical Trading, in close collaboration with digital offices in several Markets Coordination of development cross development in product teams and utilize Product Owners and Product Managers (Scrum of scrums) in addition to close collaboration with Enterprise Architects ++Identifying delivery capacity gaps and suggestion sourcing of IT resources, contribute to capacity planningRemoving impediments in development/execution on Nordic Physical Trading roadmapsEnsuring and reporting on development progress to Nordic Physical Trading Program (NPT)Coaching of involved teams in agile ways of working Product manager responsibility for settlement system including:Facilitating roll-out of breaking changes and new functionality into other IT managed systemsProactive operational improvements, reviewing and updating monitoring rulesQualificationsWe are looking for candidates with deep interest, motivation, and experience in leading business critical IT and digitalization activities. We believe that includes:Relevant work experience from the energy sector or similar roles in different sectorsStrong communication skills and talent for building networks and trusted relationships in business and ITExperience with coordinating and leading development teams working in virtual environments (Scrum of Scrums)Continuous improvement mindset and experience from improving and optimizing deliveriesGood understanding of IT, software development, integrations, operations and all aspects of supporting and developing digital tools and systemsKnowledge and hands on experience in using modern delivery frameworks: Agile, scrum, SAFE, product management, lean and capabilities in introducing ways of working at scaleHigher education at university level or equivalent, and you are fluent in Scandinavian languages and English.Additional InformationA career with Statkraft is a career filled with purpose – meaning that every employee is not just making a living, they are making a real difference to the planet, our communities and the future.
