Location: Moss, Norway or Stockholm, Sweden depending on the ideal candidate.About the role: As the Head of Quality & Business Excellence at Recharge, you will lead the charge in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, efficiency, and excellence. This role is at the heart of our commitment to Lean and efficient processes. Be prepared to thrive in an environment where change is the norm, working seamlessly across departments and countries to ensure our systems seamlessly align with our processes.Main responsibilities are: Define and structure the quality system, strategically integrating it into existing frameworks or proposing new solutions to enhance customer value and business performance.Lead cross-functional workshops, guided by process owners, and supported by experts to drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing both customer satisfaction and financial performance.Set and monitor process-specific targets and KPIs, ensuring a laser focus on delivering value to customers while maximizing business efficiency.Assess and adapt existing systems to seamlessly align with evolving processes, ensuring optimal system fit-for-purpose to enhance both customer experience and operational excellence.Champion the internal PDAC (Plan, Do, Act, Check) process and cycle, nurturing a culture of ongoing improvement that directly contributes to increased customer satisfaction, competitiveness, and financial success. Lay the groundwork for ISO certification, reinforcing our commitment to quality and demonstrating it as a valuable asset to our customers and stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, organizational development, quality management, or a related discipline. Proven experience in Lean methodologies and process improvement. Background in service-oriented companies, demonstrating a deep understanding of process-driven environments.Strong analytical abilities with a track record of data-driven decision-making to enhance customer value and business performance.Effective communication and leadership skills, crucial for inspiring a culture of quality and continuous improvement.  Strategic thinking and the ability to align quality initiatives with the company's overarching goals, fostering both customer satisfaction and financial success.About you:You possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.  You thrive in a dynamic environment and are adept at leading organizational change. You are a strong communicator, able to convey complex ideas effectively.You have a passion for quality and efficiency in everything you do, with the strategic mindset to connect quality initiatives with the company's long-term vision.What can we offer?
