We are currently searching for a new Purchaser to our Supply Chain team (temp). This is a temporary position in the period 01.11-2023-31.01.2024, but with the opportunity of extending the period for the right person. General tasksPrepare requests and evaluation of bidsPrepare and issue Purchase Orders, Amendments and Variation OrdersManage demand and ensure on time delivery and availabilityProcess claims and disputes of commercial characterKeep track of all project needsParticipate in internal project meetings and meetings with suppliersOrganizing shipments and logistics tasks QualificationsEconomic and/or Technical education (relevant experience may compensate for formal educationGood English and Norwegian language skills, written and oralCommercial mind-setStructured with the ability to prioritize in a hectic work environmentGood IT skills and ERP experienceWillingness and ability to acquire and incorporate new knowledgeGood interpersonal skillsWe offerChallenging and exciting working tasks in an innovative working environment Including and great working environmentFlexible working hoursCompetitive conditionsWelfare club, welfare activities and employee eventsWork place will be our modern facility at Husøy.
