Instructor We are experiencing a positive development in the market, and looking for a motivated and experienced Instructor for our UPTIME Academy. You will work in our UPTIME Academy department and assist in planning, organizing and delivery of Basic and Advanced training programs that we deliver to gangway operators and martime personell operating globally. Key tasks and responsibilities:  The Instructor will work closely with our Academy team to deliver theoretical classroom training and facilitate simulator-based operations. The position will report to our Training Manager.  Deliver courses, simulator training and exam activities for Rental & Services and Uptime Academy Support training manager in producing course material and routines for course activities Ensure all relevant documentation is developed according to current regulations and governance principles  Follow up of customers and plan training sessions Assist and support other Instructors in delivering courses  Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and internal organizational requirements Make sure that established procedures are followed and approved Ensure and contribute to a healthy, safe and motivating working environment Qualifications: BSc/MSc is preferred but long experience from similar position may compensate for formal education Minimum 5 years Experience from industrial or maritime organizations and or experience with delivery of training courses within similar type of industries Excellent computer skills Familiar with international maritime regulations, and practices Excellent communication skills - fluent Norwegian and English Uptime International is certified in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO45001 and knowledge and understanding of these standards is a requirement  As a person, you are solution oriented, you like challenges and are eager to learn.
