The successful candidate will have a proven ability to analyse purchasing reporting, accurately evaluate, process and record large volumes of data, build strong relationships with suppliers, and be an integral connection between several departments.Your missionPlan and complete procurement for a project, including ordering and tracking items through delivery.Ensure that purchases are made according to requirements and internal guidelinesSupport the different departments with lead time and costMaintain relevant information in the procurement systemMaintain a professional relationship with suppliersParticipate in supplier qualification Preferred QualificationsEducation in Finance and/or Logistics is an advantageExperience as a buyer is not a prerequisite but experience from negotiations is an advantageExperience from vendor management and handling sub-contractors.Good communication skills in Norwegian and English, both orally and in writingKey Personal QualitiesYou must be able to work independently, be flexible and solution orientedYou deliver on-time and are result orientedYou work structured and maintain good overviewYou must be flexible to both work with different customers and different work tasks If you want to work with an extraordinary team challenged to simplify subsea – we want to hear from you!
