The main responsibilities include managing supplier agreements, monitoring the supplier market, concluding audits, and ensuring smooth purchasing operations across teams in different locations.Responsibilities:Responsible to maintain, improve and oversee implementation of efficient procurement and logistics processes and routines in ashore and onboard the LNG/FSRU fleetsResponsible for LNG Fleet supplier agreements and the designated Group agreements; including follow up, renewal and/or new negotiationsConduct spend analysis to provide insights for optimizing department and group spendFollow up changes on the supplier market and maintain relations with the company’s domestic and international associatesCarry out supplier audits/visits as requiredEnsure consistent and effective operation of the purchasing processes across the fleet teams including alignment with technical departmentsBe the main liaison between Oslo fleet teams and purchasing teams in Rio/ManilaIdentify and manage Supply Chain risks, advise on impacts and possible mitigationsQualifications: Bachelor degree within relevant fieldMinimum 5 years of relevant work experience within procurementExperience from marine industry is preferableKnowledge and experience in procurement of technical products is preferableGood command of English languagePersonal qualities: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with cultural awarenessProactive, with a strong personal driveExperience from negotiation would be an advantageAttention to detailsGood analytical skillsWe offer:    Competitive termsInternational and highly competent working environmentJoining one of the leading maritime groups in the world A challenging position and good opportunities for individual and professional developmentVery attractive pension schemePlease submit your application with CV, motivation letter and transcripts (higher education or equivalent) through our website by 1 November 2023. For further information, please contact: Stefan Dahlstrøm, Head of Procurement, BW LNG, phone: +47 91240394 or Katja J Heggedal, Head of HR, phone +47 97706092.
