Vard Interiors AS is looking for two Bid Managers; one for Interior and one for HVAC.Are you an experienced Bid Manager / Cost Estimator with a passion for crafting compelling proposals that win business? We are seeking talented and dedicated professionals to join our team and help us maintain our track record of success. As a Bid Manager at Vard Interiors AS, you will play a important role in our business.

Duties and responsibilities The Primary role/function is to prepare and/or review and endorse cost estimates of different levels of accuracy depending on the maturity of the sales project. Drive the bid submission process (compile, edit and proofread) crafting persuasive and detailed proposals.Developing a knowledge base, maintaining updated the historical cost data-base and relative KPI.Conducting handover towards the organization once bids have been secured.

Qualifications Knowledge of shipbuilding processes, materials, and costs. Experience in interior field and/ or HVAC fieldTechnical competence is preferred for understanding drawingsGood software skills (Excel)Proven track record of securing high-value contracts and delivering winning bids is a plus.

Personal qualities Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Capacity to maintain focus and composure under pressure and recover quickly from setbacks.Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Analytic skills is essential
