We're looking for you who is passionate about food quality and who enjoys having and taking responsibility. We're looking for a team player, who is excited about new challenges, and who can make our guests want to come back again and again. As a head chef in Heim, you must have experience from the industry and preferably a trade certificate given the role. You will have personnel responsibility, operational responsibility, and responsibility for results in this role. Creating and maintaining a healthy schedule is a key task in order to succeed. You will be part of the management team in Heim Gjøvik and have a central role in the success of your Heim. The position is operational, in addition to some administration and meetings. Tasks:Responsible for leading and organizing the daily kitchen work at Heim GjøvikPersonnel responsibilityRecruitment and employment in the kitchenFollow Heim's menu concept, recipes and calculations set by the executive head chefFinancially responsible for the kitchen, which includes; ordering, inventory control and gross profitStaff planning and setting up scheduleResponsibility for following Heim's HACCAP system.
