IKM Subsea is an independent ROV and subsea operator with our own Merlin technology. We carry out ROV operations across the globe on a daily basis.   We are looking for a Technical admin assistant  We are looking for a  Technical admin assistant to join our team with good HSE culture and a passion for subsea operations and ROV. The candidate we are looking for must identify with IKM's values: Clear, Responsible, Bold, Focused   Tasks: Coordinate work between logistics, workshop, and operational dept. to ensure a smooth process of repairs Collaborate with vendors and contractorsFacilitate communication between vendors and Production, Technical, Sales, Maintenance, and Engineering groups.Create and monitor project timelines.Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.Provides information by answering questions and requests.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Performs related work as required.Establishes and maintains complex filing system; maintains an adequate inventory of office materials and supplies; relays complex and important instructions and messages; reviews expense accounts.To liaise with suppliers to ensure the relevant technical paperwork is submitted prior to the weekly meetingGeneral housekeeping of the technical department, i.e., filing test reports. Work to understand the commercial and technical evaluation of documentsCreate and maintaining the production critical path To support the tech team on day-to-day functions Time management of assigned tasks and ability to prioritiseTo be commercially aware of competitors and key trendsTo prioritize own workload in line with meetings schedule and critical path   Qualifications : Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with an associate degree, with 3-5 years responsible technical clerical experience working in a related field.
