We are looking for you who are motivated to drive forward a new emerging area and have a strong technical background.In this role you will be the technical owner and responsible for the autonomy service layer, based on our defined reference architecture, and will be assigned to lead a highly skilled technical team across functions. It is expected that you bring people skills and a deep experience with industrial product development. We believe the right candidate has a strong collaborative mindset, acts as an integrator inside the organization as well as towards external stakeholders. Key accountabilitiesTechnical owner for the R&A Integrated Technical SolutionOwner of the Autonomy service layerLeads the R&A technical core team, based on the step by step planUnderstand and adhere to the R&A reference architecture, and its architectural principlesGuide and direct the sales and delivery structure on technical alternatives, with the focus on standardization, reuse and simplificationExecuting in accordance with the strategy and business planEnsuring adherence and improvements to our Business Management SystemSome travelling is requiredQualifications and experienceKnowledge and experience in development and integration of complex software systemsStrong collaborative mindset. Acts as an integrator in the organization.Relevant education and experience (Masters degree or relevant)Effective written and oral communication.
