All of Norway's railway lines will receive a common digital signaling system.We are looking for a Team Assistant for our ERTMS project. The Team Assistant will support project management and the members of the project team. The role will be located in Siemens’ office at Oslo/Linderud (Østre Aker Veg 88).Desired qualifications:excellent skills in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)strong text skills with accurate spelling and grammar both in Norwegian and Englishorganised and structured personality, with a natural eye for keeping orderability to proactively provide assistance to ease the workload of othersunderstanding of German would be a bonusTypical tasks will be:organising and recording (MoMs) meetingsbooking of travels and registration of travel expensessupporting internal information sharing in the projectpreparing presentationsadministration and maintenance of SharePoint site, users and access rightshandling of communication to and from customers and other collaboration partnerscollecting status information from project members and compile it into statistics and/or presentationsorganising and follow up of installation activitiessupport for our leased cars fleet (e.g. delivery to/from service appointments, charging, washing)assisting in organising social events for the project memberssupporting project management and project staff releasing them from admin tasksWe are looking for an open minded person seeking an entry point into professional life, or an experienced person with a proven background as project or business assistant.We offer a job with significant professional and personal development opportunities in a pleasant environment characterized by a high sense of professional pride and substantial expertise.
