Do you want to work as an investment controller in the biggest sovereign wealth fund in the world, together with highly skilled people in Oslo? Then we have the job for you!You will be part of a team providing operational support to the unlisted real asset investments globally where you will work closely with internal teams to implement and maintain robust operational processes supporting the management of the unlisted portfolio in the Fund.The Tax and Investment Control team is responsible for the fund accounting of Norges Bank’s subsidiaries. You will engage with joint venture partners, accounting providers, advisors and internal stakeholders to ensure Norges Bank’s subsidiaries are managed appropriately and according to local regulations. You will be asked to link and solve business requirements with innovative solutions using the computer science tools and the cloud infrastructure available in NBIM.The position is located in Oslo, reports to the Head of Tax and Investment Control, and some travel is required.

What you will doSupport management of the holding structures for specific unlisted real asset investments, and review and follow up on financial reporting.Participate in quarterly fund reporting cycles.Manage, collaborate and follow up with accounting providers, joint venture partners and property managers.Controlling activities related to the annual financial process, including audit of the relevant subsidiaries, and prepare and present corporate budgets, financial, operational and risk reporting to the Board of Directors.Support the ongoing operations of the unlisted real asset investments, review and follow-up on reporting from assigned service providers.#Coordinate and manage liquidity requirements of the entities in accordance with mandates.Champion and drive forward the transition of the team’s function towards a global support model with a strong focus on automation.Contribute to a good working relationship with internal teams to ensure requirements are captured and implemented.

What you needMaster's degree with strong academic background, preferably in audit or accounting.Minimum 3 years' experience in business controlling, audit or real estate investments. Interest in developing new computer science skills, including Python, AWS, and SQL.
