We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator who will be responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance to our Oslo office. Key responsibilities;Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriatelyHandle incoming calls and answer any queries received Maintain clean, tidy and organised office facilities Efficiently manage our meeting rooms, i.e. managing bookings, setting up/clearing of roomsBooking of taxis and couriersOrdering of office suppliesEvent coordinating/support - from meetings and leaving get-togethers to Christmas partiesAd-hoc administration workWho are you;Successful candidates will have a have a pleasant and service minded personalityWork experience at a reception or similar is required You have excellent interpersonal and communication skillsYou have the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships You have the ability to organize and prioritize diverse tasks You are proactive and have a solution oriented mindset You have the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations/circumstancesGood spoken and written English and NorwegianGood IT skills; proficient in Microsoft Office applications
